Rossi Ralenkotter, Las Vegas tourism icon, dies at 78

Rossi Ralenkotter, the marketing visionary who helped create the iconic “What Happens Here, Stays Here” Las Vegas advertising campaign, has died after a 16-year battle with cancer.
