Calling our shots: Predictions for the sports year ahead in Las Vegas

We called the Aces winning the WNBA championship, the Raiders having a disappointing season and UNLV football finishing 5-7 in last year’s version of our annual predictions for the sports year ahead. Other forecasts, like the Vegas Golden Knights reaching the Western Conference Finals and the Raiders hiring Brian Daboll as their next coach, didn’t pan out quite as well.
