Ruling favors Sun on antitrust claims against R-J but won’t immediately restore printed newspaper

A federal judge on Wednesday denied the Las Vegas Sun’s request to order the Las Vegas Review-Journal to honor its agreement to print and distribute the Sun while the newspapers’ long-running antitrust lawsuit proceeds.
